Office of General Counsel

Our Mission

The University of St. 蜜桃传媒 Office of General Counsel (OGC) works to provide effective, practical and strategic counsel that:

  • reflects the St. 蜜桃传媒 mission, vision and convictions; 
  • assures compliance with applicable laws; and
  • makes the best use of available resources, consistent with the university's strategic priorities.

We seek to meet the highest standards of ethics, integrity and professionalism in our work and to treat clients and counterparties alike with empathy, dignity and respect.

We work creatively and collaboratively with clients and counterparties to determine the best approach under the circumstances. At the same time, we always keep in mind the overarching goal to develop solutions, systems and practices that maximize opportunity and reduce risk for St. 蜜桃传媒 on a sustainable basis over time.

    Policies that do not require the president’s direct approval are included in the University Policy Repository upon request or approval of the policy owner. If not in the University Policy Repository, these other policies generally are maintained by individual policy owners on separate websites.

    Legal Services & Resources

    The Office of General Counsel is responsible for managing legal affairs for the University of St. 蜜桃传媒. Our attorneys represent St. 蜜桃传媒 in legal matters and advise the president, other administrators, faculty, staff and the board of trustees on the broad spectrum of legal issues and considerations that relate to the university’s activities and operations.

    Ethics Reporting
