Facilities Management has numerous construction projects on the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses. Every new project, from residence hall remodels to brand new construction, goes through a rigorous process to ensure we are building sustainable buildings for the future.

Schoenecker Center

  • University's central home for STEAM education at St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.
  • STEAM education describes the exciting connections among science, technology, engineering, the arts and math.
  • Opened on February 5, 2024.

Anderson Athletic & Recreation Complex

Fueling Station

  • Full-time nutritionist to assist athletes with nutritional needs
  • Grab and go foods for athletes to fuel their bodies to continue to operate at peak performance
  • Space is for UST Division I athletes only

Center for Well-Being

Mental Health Space

  • Creation of Mental Health Education, Prevention & Outreach suite
  • Located on 2nd floor of Center for Well-Being
  • Space is utilized for training, workshops, counseling & events for students and staff

Facilities & Design Center

Wire Arc Room Renovation

  • Renovated room to allow for installation of new Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) cell
  • Used for research and fabrication within the Center for Advanced Manufacturing
  • Equipment creates large scale metal 3D printed parts

O'Shaughnessy Educational Center

Morrison Family College of Health Dean's Office

  • Renovated office space on first floor of OEC for the Morrison Family College of Health Dean's Office

Anderson Student Center

The View Flooring Update

  • Replaced carpet with luxury vinyl plank flooring
